He began his career in commercial real estate in 1985 and has extensive knowledge of the Atlanta metropolitan real estate market. He brings in-depth knowledge of marketing, construction and site analysis to the 24/7 team.
	Bill Kelson William J. Kelson has been named V.P. of New Business Development for 24/7 Laundry Distributors, LLC specializing in developing new coin/card laundries for investors. Mr. Kelson brings an extensive resume of experience having built over 100 new stores for many satisfied investors in the Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, North & South Carolina markets since 1990. In addition, Mr. Kelson is a licensed Florida & Georgia Real Estate Broker and will offer his customers a business brokerage service under the name of Georgia Laundry Brokers, LLC.
